Oh we are so sorry to hear that. I believe that diacritics are very important in Vietnamese, so I think you can try add Vietnamese keyboard on your computer.
If you are using Windows, you can try Open Control Panel > Clock, Language & Region > Change keyboards or other input at the bottom of the right pane. In the Input Languages,click Add > Select Vietnamese > Click OK.

I have a question about greeting people. If I am posting a message on SNS such as Facebook or Twitter, how would I write something like: “Hello everyone!” “Good night everyone!”? Would these be appropriate:
Hello everyone. - Chào các bạn.
Good night everyone. - Chúc các bạn ngủ ngon.

"Tạm biệt" is simply "Goodbye" but it's more common in writing than in speaking, especially in daily life. Vietnamese people usually just say "Chào nhé" to friends, or "Chào chị/ Chào anh/ Chào bác/ Chào dì" depending whom you are saying goodbye to. Saying "Tạm biệt" is definitely NOT impolite, it just doesn't sound practical.
